Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within [3-5 business days]. 

 

We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipments. Orders will not be processed on holidays and some deliveries through USPS will not be delivered on holidays or Sundays. If Lobotomy Clothing is experiencing a high volume of orders customers can expect delays in processing times. if that is the case Lobotomy Clothing will contact customers via email to notify them.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation via email shortly after the order is processed and in possession of USPS.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Lobotomy Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lobotomy Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Lobotomy Clothing strictly offers shipping to Canada and the United States at the moment, but will be offering other international religions in the future.
